RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
SHIPPING
Free shipping worldwide on all orders above 120€
-Spain – Free shipping (6-10 Business days)
-Rest of Europe – 10€ (7-10 Business days)
-Rest of world – 15€ (7-15 Business days)
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Send us a mail to customerservice@dapresa.es and describe the incident in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number and the product reference. For defective, incorrect or items that do not match your description, please send us a clear photo or video showing us the problem.
Our solutions:
1. Dapresa’s responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the item, we will either fully refund the original product price and shipping charges, or send you a replacement product free of charge at no additional cost. This solution is only applicable when Dapresa is responsible for sending the wrong item or size.
2. Customer responsibility
Incorrect order (item size)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect item or size, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse) for a change. If the customer chooses the refund, we will refund the original price of the product. No shipping cost is refundable.
Unwanted item
If the customer decides that he no longer wants the item or simply wants to exchange it, he can inform us of this in less than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, to process the partial refund of the cost of the product.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and complete the formulary in our web page, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
